  • Do you do rush cases?
Of course! Generally speaking, we try to follow our time schedule as detailed here. If there is something you need done faster, please give us a call so that we can pre-schedule your rush. Rush fees may apply.
  • What should we send with our case?
We require a signed laboratory procedure authorization form. If you need these, we will supply them FREE of charge. Every case needs the impression of the prepared tooth/teeth, an opposing model, and a bite registration. For larger cases and anterior work, a study model of the patient's accepted temporaries is appreciated.
  • How should we send photographs?
Ideally, using our web portal. Instructions can be found here. Since we utilize secured servers, this maintains HIPAA compliance. Alternatively, you may simply attach your photos to an e-mail. Let us handle the rest!
  • Our patient is bleaching. When should we take the shade?
It is typically better to let the teeth's shade "settle" for about 2 weeks prior to taking the final shade.
  • My patient is extremely picky and difficult to satisfy. Can you help?
In sunny South Florida where patients care about their looks more than just about anywhere, we have seen it all! If you would like, schedule a consultation for your patient with our laboratory technician. We will take the patient's shade, discuss material choices, note anomalies/abnormalities in the patient's dentition and occlusion.
  • How do I send you a digital impression?
Please see our Digital Impressions Page to answer this specifically based on which scanner you use.
